1. GENERAL LICENSING STRUCTURE
All assets made available through Asset Library are provided under a tiered licensing system. Each license tier defines the scope of permitted use based on factors including but not limited to revenue, project scale, and organizational size.
Users are required to select and operate within the license tier that accurately reflects their usage. Use of assets beyond the permitted scope of a selected license tier shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
All licenses granted under this Agreement are non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable, and are subject to all restrictions and conditions set forth herein.
2. FREE LICENSE (STARTER LICENSE)
The Free License grants limited rights to use assets for personal purposes and small-scale commercial projects. This includes use in educational work, portfolio development, experimentation, and low-revenue freelance or independent projects.
Use of assets under the Free License for commercial purposes is permitted only where the total annual revenue generated using such assets does not exceed ₹1,00,000 INR. The User is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this limitation.
This license is restricted to a single individual user and does not permit use within teams, organizations, or collaborative environments. Sharing of assets, whether internally or externally, is strictly prohibited under this license.
The Free License is not intended for professional production environments, business operations, or high-scale commercial distribution. Any use of assets beyond these limitations requires an immediate upgrade to a higher-tier license.
3. INDIE LICENSE (COMMERCIAL LICENSE)
The Indie License grants expanded commercial rights to individuals and small-scale entities engaged in revenue-generating activities. This includes use of assets in client work, digital products, games, applications, media production, and other commercial outputs.
Users operating under this license may use assets across multiple projects and may involve a limited number of team members, provided that such use remains within the defined scope of the license.
This license is applicable only to Users whose total annual revenue does not exceed ₹50,00,000 INR. The User agrees to upgrade to the appropriate license tier immediately upon exceeding this threshold.
The Indie License is intended for freelancers, independent creators, and small studios. Misrepresentation of revenue, organizational size, or usage scale in order to qualify for this license shall be treated as a violation of this Agreement.
4. PRO LICENSE (STUDIO / ENTERPRISE LICENSE)
The Pro License grants the broadest scope of usage rights and is intended for professional studios, agencies, enterprises, and high-revenue entities. This license permits unrestricted commercial use of assets across multiple projects, clients, teams, and production pipelines.
There are no revenue limitations under the Pro License. Users may integrate assets into large-scale productions, enterprise workflows, and high-volume distribution environments, provided that all other provisions of this Agreement are followed.
The Pro License may be used across multiple users within an organization, subject to reasonable internal control and compliance with this Agreement.
This license is recommended for Users requiring maximum flexibility, scalability, and legal coverage.
5. MANDATORY LICENSE UPGRADE REQUIREMENT
Users are required to upgrade their license tier immediately upon exceeding the limitations of their current license. Continued use of assets under an incorrect license tier shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement.
Asset Library reserves the right to enforce compliance through account restrictions, license revocation, or legal action where necessary.
6. ANTI-MISREPRESENTATION AND EVASION
Users shall not misrepresent their revenue, business size, or usage level in order to qualify for a lower-tier license. Any attempt to circumvent licensing requirements through false information, multiple accounts, or indirect usage shall be treated as intentional violation.
7. SINGLE ENTITY LICENSE RULE
Each license is granted to a single individual or a single legal entity. Assets may not be shared across multiple organizations, affiliated entities, or third parties without appropriate licensing.
8. CLIENT WORK AND DISTRIBUTION RESTRICTIONS
Where assets are used in client projects, the assets must remain embedded within the final deliverable. Transfer of raw or source files to clients is not permitted unless the client holds a valid license under Asset Library.
9. ENFORCEMENT AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Asset Library reserves the right to monitor usage, investigate violations, and enforce licensing terms. Any unauthorized use, redistribution, or misuse of assets may result in termination of license, financial liability, and legal action under applicable laws.
